INA bearing fixing method and lubrication

INA bearing fixing method

INA bearings are fixed parts in machinery. The performance of rolling INA bearings is highly dependent on their material properties. Low-alloy, high-purity, integrally-hardened chrome steel is often used as the material for the manufacture of INA bearing rings and rolling elements. For INA bearings subjected to high impact loads and alternating bending stresses, carburized steel is used.

INA bearings have inner and outer rings. As the world's top INA bearings, how is the fixing method?

1.Axis bearing shoulder fixing

The inner ring of the INA bearing is axially fixed by means of shoulder and interference. Suitable for supporting structures fixed at both ends.

2. INA bearing circlip fixed

The INA bearing inner ring is axially fixed by the shoulder and the lock nut and can withstand small bidirectional axial loads.

3. INA bearing lock nut fixing

The inner ring of the INA bearing is axially fixed by the shoulder and the lock nut, and the retaining washer is loose, safe and reliable.

4.INA bearing end face thrust washer fixed

The INA bearing inner ring is axially fixed by the shoulder and the shaft end retaining ring. The shaft end retaining ring is screwed to the shaft end, and the fixing screw should have a loosening device.

5. INA bearing adapter sleeve fixing

The axial fixation of the inner ring of the INA bearing is achieved by the radial dimension of the inner bore of the adapter sleeve being compressed and clamped onto the shaft.

KOYO bearing lubricant inspection method

Before we inspect the KOYO bearing, the surface of the KOYO bearing should be cleaned and the parts around the KOYO bearing removed. Oil seals are very fragile parts, so extra care should be taken during inspection and disassembly. Do not apply excessive force to avoid damage to parts. Then carefully check the oil seal of KOYO bearing and its surrounding parts. If it has shown bad symptoms, be sure to replace it. Poor oil seal will cause damage to KOYO bearing, causing KOYO bearing cloud to be abnormal and cause equipment to stop. So KOYO bearings should check those?

The inspection method for KOYO bearing lubricant is:

Apply a little bit of lubricant to the two fingers. If there is any contaminant, feel it. Or apply a thin layer of lubricant on the back of the hand and check the seal.

KOYO bearings lubricated with oil should be refilled with fresh oil and allowed to rotate at low speed for a few minutes if the old oil is drained. As much as possible, allow the oil to collect the contaminants from the wreckage and then vent the oil.

For grease-lubricated KOYO bearings, the replacement of the grease should be avoided with any cotton joints to any part of the KOYO bearing. Since these residual fibers may be wedged between the rolling elements and cause damage, especially for the application of small KOYO bearings, this problem needs to be paid more attention to.

When inspecting KOYO bearings, do not expose KOYO bearings to contaminants or moisture. If the work is interrupted, the machine should be covered with a piece of oil-paper plastic or similar material.

If the unshielded KOYO bearing is cleaned without performing disassembly and may be inspected, it should be cleaned with a brush that is coated with a petroleum solvent and then wiped dry with a lint-free cloth or compressed air.

Do not clean the KOYO bearing with sealing cover or dustproof; just wipe the outer surface. If the KOYO bearing is damaged, it needs to be replaced. Replacing KOYO bearings during regular downtime maintenance is far more economical than the loss of sudden downtime selected due to damage to the array.
