Analyze the noise problem caused by the woodworking machine spindle
As the core part of the CNC woodworking engraving machine, the spindle is the most used. It is also one of the parts that are more prone to problems. Due to the long-term high-frequency operation and the improper use, the spindle is prone to some noise. In reality, how do we deal with some noise from the main shaft?
First, the sound of the leaching: caused by the vibration and collision of the retainer and the rolling element, regardless of the type of grease may occur, it is more likely to occur when the torque, load or radial clearance is large.
Solution: Improve the accuracy of the retainer, select the bearing with small clearance or apply preload to the bearing, reduce the torque load, reduce the installation error, and choose good grease.
Second, the sound of the cymbal: the motor runs without load and emits a sound similar to a buzzer, and the motor has an abnormal axial vibration, and there is a click when turning on or off.
Solution: Many motores with poor lubrication and ball bearings in winter and at both ends are mainly unstable vibrations caused by axial vibration when the shaft alignment performance is not good.
Third, the impurity sound: caused by the bearing or high quality cleanliness, emit an irregular abnormal sound, sometimes no sound, large and small, frequent occurrences on high-speed motors
Solution: use good grease, improve the cleanliness before grease injection, strengthen the sealing performance of the bearing, and improve the cleanliness of the installation environment.
Fourth, the sound of the sound: the sound frequency changes with the bearing speed, the surface waviness of the part is the main cause of noise
Solution: Improve the processing quality of the bearing raceway surface, reduce the waviness amplitude, reduce the bump, correct the clearance preload and fit, check the operation of the free end bearing, and improve the precision installation method of the shaft and the bearing housing.
